Today was a good day. I got a lot accomplished for what I had to do. Of course my day would not be complete without my Shakeology today was blueberries, peaches and some raspberries , NF milke and the chocolate shakeology . So yummy. Then clean my room, went shopping, help Ty with his Solar System report and projected. It is almost finished. Yes, it will be done early for once.
As for the grocery shopping, We shop for a house of 8 every other week and the off weeks we shop for 5.
We have noticed lately that since we make a list of what we are eating for the week for dinners, snacks and lunches for the kids and us we are saving money. The best thing is cooking from the Biggest Loser's Cookbook we eat healthier food not just for the 3 adults but for the kids also. Everyone loves the new food and they do not even realize how healthy it is . All dinners are under 500 calories and you add your salad , veggies, brown rice, wheat pasta it is about 500 calories total. This is amazing that I myself can cook like this and love it and feel good about what I am eating. I am not saying I am the perfect eater and that all my eating habits have changed. But they are 80 % better then they were. Fast food is hardly ever, Pizza ( is my hardest but we have it every couple of weeks and I make sure I have a salad and do not eat alot of Pizza. I drink water , hardly ever any diet sodas, cup of coffee and that is about it. Some snacks and may be a little dessert .
I saw this in my healthy womens magazine I get so I thought I would share.

I would not sell or use a product or program I did not believe in. Shakeology is amazing and healthy and good for you and yummy. The workouts are made by some awesome people Tony Horton , Shawn t, Chalene to name a few. They even got the Body Gospel work out that I would love to try.
