Well what a Tuesday I had. Kids still on Christmas Vacation and want to do everything and money, money, that is all they wanted today. Needless to say it did not happen. I am not a money tree for them. They are realizing this slowy but surely. But all in all they were pretty good. Just a little crazy with everyone today. Plus, I am on my second day of my Shakeology Cleanse and I am down almost 2 lbs . I drink 3 shakeology drinks a day and 2 Cups of Green Tea or Detox Tea. 3 fruits and then a salad for dinner with 4 ounces of chicken and only 2 tbsp of Vinager and Oil. Lots of water also. I can excerise some but not to the extent that I ususally do. Tomorrow is day 3 after that I hope to have lost the last 2 lbs I need to accomplish my 1st goal to losing 20 lbs by December 31,2010. I did have alot of extra energy today and yesterday and felt really good . Well Shakeology always makes me feel good. Todays work out was Hip Hop Abs Total Body workout . What a workout it was.
My good friend who I call my brother and my family lives with him and his kids got the Biggest Loser Weight Loss Challenge for Wii . I told him yesterday I would try it with him. Bob Harper is just like he is on the Biggest Loser. Wonder how Jillian would be? I had a good work out with it. That made a double work out for me yesterday . In the morning it was Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio. Love that Shawn T,

Take a 10-minute walk or a water-cooler chat break. There are healthier ways of nurturing yourself, such as getting plenty of rest and relaxation, reading a good book, or taking a quiet walk.
Beat it by: Taking out some time for yourself and relaxing. Pamper yourself by going out for a facial, manicure or pedicure. Take out the children to a nearby park where you can walk and relax along with the kids.
