Happy Monday ,
I woke up this morning and new today was the day I could get back into my routine of exercising. It has been a couple of weeks because I had some surgery a couple of weeks ago. I never knew I could miss exercising. It makes me feel good inside. So this is how my day started.
Kids are off to school. Yes!!!!! I did enjoy them being home for a week but it was time to go back to school.
Then I had my national call for Beach Body. I am an Independent Beach Body Coach. It was amazing and pumped me up to get my business going and help others who have had the same problems with weight loss, or diabetes, or other medical issues.
Then I listened to my team call from last week , I was so inspired and I could not believe what these beach body coaches had over come in there life , I got chills and emotional .
The wife of the couple is battling MS and was in a wheel chair and over weight and so was her husband ( overweight) alot of things happened during the last 10 yrs but beach body came and changed both of there lifes. They both have lost weight and working out and getting healthy. Their lives are better and are giving back. She has beat the odds the doctors have given her.
Unbelieveable.
Next on my list today is work out with Shakeology 30 and then drink my shakeology and get some more work down. I also have to pick up kids and do homework and cheer practice for my daughter tonight.
